Returns.
We will be happy to refund any items which you are not entirely satisfied with. Please return them in the condition you received them in along with the original packaging within 7 days of receipt for US orders or within 21 days for international orders.
When returning goods, please retain proof of postage from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. Please package your product with care as we are not responsible for any damage that may occur to the product in transit.
There will be a 5$ Re-stocking fee on all returns or Cancels of orders. In order for a return to be placed, the whole order must be returned. For example: If you buy 2 items and are unsatisfied with only one item both must still be returned
Credit card refunds will appear on your bank or credit card statement. Please allow 14 days for processing. We regret that with the exception of faulty goods, postage and packaging are direct order processing costs and cannot be refunded.
Faulty Products.
Please email us using our contact form if you think that the item you have purchased is faulty. We will contact you and take it from there. Do not return the item to us. We will be in touch within 24 hrs Mon-Fri.
